WIRRAL COMMUNITY ORCHESTRA

Thursdays, 7.30pm

United Reformed Church, West Kirby

Classical and popular orchestral repertoire

Although its origins date back as far as 1933, Wirral Community Orchestra was reborn in 2014 after appointing Jan Modelski as conductor and musical director. Its current membership of around 50 players play concerts at least twice a year, showcasing a wide variety of music ranging from classical to pop, film themes and musicals.

The orchestra's aim is to be a 'friendly group of musicians with a passion for music', and prides itself on its open admissions policy.
